You are understanding that electronics need attention and you are willing to troubleshoot on your own (with our guidance), knowing that we are here to help. Our regular rates apply. You will call/text and schedule our service team to come in and do Firmware Updates and Security Patches when you feel it is necessary. Under the basic plan, any adjustments needed in the Savant Software will require an active Essential Subscription(included and managed in the other plans).
